We strive to perform all services in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. Any warranty on workmanship will be provided in writing at the time of service, and is subject to the specific terms of that written warranty. No verbal representations regarding warranties shall be binding.
Emergency Services
While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate emergency service requests, we cannot guarantee immediate availability. Emergency service availability depends on technician schedules and geographic proximity. Standard or expedited rates may apply to emergency service calls.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any person or property at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving unsafe conditions, unpaid balances, abusive conduct toward our staff, or circumstances that render service delivery impractical or illegal.
Estimates Are Not Guarantees

Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to service commencement. We accept payment methods as disclosed at the time of service. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees as permitted by Pennsylvania law.
Third-Party Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. Keystone Plumbing & Home Services LLC does not store, process, or have access to your full payment card information. Returned Payments & Collections
Returned checks or failed electronic payments may incur a returned payment fee. Failure to remit payment in accordance with agreed terms may result in service suspension, referral to a collections agency, filing of a mechanics lien as permitted under Pennsylvania's Mechanics' Lien Law (49 P.S. §§ 1101 et seq.), and/or legal action. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may pursue claims in small claims court for disputes falling within the court's jurisdictional limit. You waive any objection to the exercise of personal jurisdiction by or venue in such courts.
