Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and tile are the top choices for wet areas. LVP is 100% waterproof, warmer underfoot, and more forgiving on joints. Tile is extremely durable and comes in unlimited styles. We can help you choose based on your priorities.

A single room typically takes one day. A full first floor can run 2–4 days depending on square footage, subfloor conditions, and material type. We'll give you a realistic timeline after measuring.

Yes — the floor area needs to be clear before we start. We can help move heavy pieces if needed, but fragile items and personal belongings should be cleared by you in advance.

Sometimes. LVP can go over some existing surfaces if the subfloor is solid and level. Tile generally needs to be removed. We assess during the quote so you know what's needed before we start.

For glue-down installs, typically 24 hours. For floating floors (LVP, laminate), you can walk on them immediately but should wait 24 hours before placing heavy furniture. We'll give you specific guidance based on what we install.
