Keystone Plumbing & Home Services wasn't born in a boardroom. It was built on 15 years of showing up — learning the trades from the ground up, developing real skills, and building deep roots in the Chambersburg area along the way.
Starting this business was a decision rooted in family. I wanted to build something of my own — something I could be proud of and that my family could be proud of too. But it was also about giving back to the community that has given so much to me. South-Central Pennsylvania is home, and the people here deserve a contractor who treats them that way.
That belief shows up in everything we do. Transparent, upfront pricing — no surprise invoices at the end of a job. Same-day availability whenever possible. And no after-hours fees, ever — because life doesn't follow a 9-to-5 schedule, and your plumber shouldn't penalize you when something goes wrong at 7pm on a Friday.
As a sole proprietor, every job has my name on it. There's no crew to send while I stay behind a desk. When Keystone shows up at your door, you're getting me — someone who genuinely cares about fixing your problem or bringing your vision to life, and doing it right.
Homeownership is one of the biggest investments people make in their lives. When something goes wrong — a well that stops working, a water heater that gives out in January, a leak that appears on a Sunday morning — those are genuinely stressful moments. I built Keystone PHS to be there during those moments. Not to take advantage of them, but to make them manageable.
